Happy day before Thanksgiving!
Are you excited? I am.
I just got back from a yoga class, am currently eating lunch, and then have to get back ASAP to plugging away on my last two school applications this afternoon before a Nutshell appointment this evening. Soooo, this WIAW will be super short and sweet but still full of good eats! A little combination of breakfast + lunch today and afternoon snacks + dinner yesterday….although I’m not gonna lie, I’m 98% sure I’m going to eat the same thing tonight too.
So since I’m fresh outta content today, I went digging through the WIAW archives for some of my favorites.

This morning I was up super early to take Whit to the Richmond airport so breakfast was taken on the road. A bigger than normal green smoothie + two pumpkin chocolate chip muffins.
pre-yoga snackage, carrots + AB
lunch was a big salad with romaine + spinach + cucumber + green pepper + sundried tomatoes + green olives with a splash of balsamic and olive oil plus tomato soup with nutritional yeast, leftover mashed potatoes, and an apple.

homemade banana chocolate chip chia bread…that’s a mouthful.
jenna’s ultimate green smoothie…holy moly I felt like I went to the tropics!
a handful of trailmix because I was still a bit hungry.
dinnertime was veggie green curry that I made on Sunday, recipe to come!
and because no day is complete without something sweet, TJs dark chocolate + chilly almond milk.
can’t beat it.
