What A Nursing Student Eats In A Day

It’s already the middle of the week, how did that happen?!

In honor of WIAW, I’ll let the pictures do the speaking.
And I also have a giveaway so keep scrolling!

breakfast // I’m obsessed with strawberry oats smothered in Peanut Butter and Co Dark Chocolate Dreams

 

lunch // big salad with every vegetable + glob of homemade hummus + 1/2 avocado chopped on top + balsamic dressing with Dr. Krackers + an orange and maple almond butter [eaten together…its good!)
 
afternoon snacks // chips and salsa  and veggies and almond butter 
dinner // leftovers thrown into a pan to make a “stir fry”
this was brown rice + zucchini + broccoli + kale + nutritional yeast + sriracha + a splash of almond milk eaten with a sweet potato with coconut oil and brown sugar

 

post class nighttime snacks // two banana chocolate chip cookies + banana soft serve with PB…never too much banana
 

Swanson’s Vitamins is a new-to-me online health store with ALL KINDS of products for super reasonable prices, actually some of the cheapest I’ve seen. From nut butter to vitamins to makeup- they have it all. I’m a huge fan of Vitacost and iHerb but hadn’t actually heard of Swanson until a couple months ago.
