My Current Favorite Things

I actually love Mondays. I love fresh starts and near beginnings and clear slates and that’s what Mondays feel like to me. If last week was crazy and messy, well, there’s another Monday and a fresh start right around the corner.

 Mondays make me happy.

And so does yoga. My friend Nancy and I went to a 90 minute hot vinyasa class at YTTP on Sunday afternoon that left me sore in places I didn’t know existed. And for others NYCers it’s only $5!

More happiness…yoga followed by WF hot bar.

Brooklyn pizza.

Saturday runs in Central Park. Happiness is exacerbated when it’s 74 degrees and breezy.
