This week we’re talking about if grains are really inflammatory and then doing a 180 and talking about finding peace with your body and developing positive body image.
One thing I want to add after watching the video is a bit more on body image…
I think as our bodies change over the years it’s so important to keep in mind that the body you have today won’t be the body you have for the rest of your life. You might have a baby, you will age, you might get sick (hopefully not) and your body’s weight will fluctuate based on what your body needs in any life season. So appreciate and your body TODAY. Right now. This very moment. Because the body you have now isn’t going to be the same you body you have ten years from now.
