Hey hey heyyyy!
So today’s WIAW is a little different – I’ve included some pictures of eats from the past week, but mainly it’s been smoothies and ice cream and sweet potatoes and bananas for the past 48 hours since I had to get my back molar pulled on Monday. Ahhhh, good times. I was supposed to get a root canal a couple weeks ago, but after being numbed and drilled into found out that pesky tooth was no good – so instead, out it went. But I’m on the mend, so that’s great!
Rather than words, today I’m cozying up with you guys and chatting about what’s to come with Nutshell Nutrition, the blog, and where I’m at right now with everything. Things are shifting and changing and it’s good – so I’m excited about this new season with work and life, and thought talking with you guys instead of writing was just more personal – so here we are!
I love you all SO much, thank you for supporting and reading over at this tiny space on the world wide web. I’m more grateful than you’ll ever know. xo

I love this post, Robyn! I think it is a great reminder for all of us that we need to step back and evaluate our priorities because you are right… we can’t do it all!

I love this post. You are doing what you always write about: self-care. I feel a bit overwhelmed just thinking about how busy your schedule is! 😉

It’s so wonderful to hear your excitement about what lies ahead for you in the next year! You exude passion and authenticity in your blog posts and videos, so it’s no wonder that people are drawn to you. And it sounds like you’re discerning the lesson in the blessing of having such a successful enterprise going… figuring out what matters and then how to “make it happen!” as my two-year-old has learned to say 🙂
Prayers for you, that you are able to transition smoothly, and that you will be able to love Nick and your friends well as you walk through the chaotic next several months ahead.

You are so right in saying that busy is not glory and it is humbling to know that we have to take a step back sometimes and re-evaluate where our time is going – we cannot do it all. We need to spend less time doing and more time being with those we love and just soaking it all up. I know how you feel living in a city, going back to school, balancing work, hobbies, our own health and spiritual practices, and social on top of that. It is messy and can get crazy. For me my anxiety pops up and I’m like oh heyyyy Lauren lets slow this down shall we!?
I am really excited for your growth and direction of Nutshell. It makes me happy your message is helping so many out there.
And thank you for always inspiring me with your trust in your faith and your open heart. It inspires me to keep it real and share from my heart space too.
Have a lovely and restful weekend!

Robyn,I’ve followedd your blog over the past few years. I LOVE the videos beaches we get to see you, and you are so authentic. In the healthy living blog space.. where half the posts are sponsored and so odd… its great to see just you.. and a sponsor of yourself!! Its beautiful.
I’d ove to hear more about you balance this all with Nick. I struggle with the balance of teaching barre classes, being involved in my sororitys alumnae chapter, full time job, and grad school coming up next fall… any tips? Could be a great post!
And congratulations!!!!! This is so exciting. I am so happy for you and happy that you recognized the need for help which will ONLY make nutshell better!

Haha well if you’re ever looking for a Christian life coach, I’m in the middle of 6-month course and loooove it. And I’m so excited for your change in business, God has really blessed this business and this sounds like such a great way to expand the ministry. We weren’t made to help everyone, we were made to create more disciples, who can then go out and help even more people 🙂 You are a huge inspiration to me!

Robyn your passion and honesty regarding the messiness of life has been such an inspiration for me. First, in healing my relationship with food and my body and then in finding my own passion and going back to school. I love following along as your life grows and changes, thank you for continuing to share with us!

I can hear how difficult this decision was for you…but truly speaks to how you live what you teach – such a great example for all of us. It sounds like you are setting great boundaries for yourself and seeing that you are not closing a door (to new clients) but really opening one to your business taking shifting and growing with you…and revisiting your priorities and how to live more true to those things you value most (relationships, love , balance…). Many blessings to you…

I love how genuine and open you are. You have such big dreams and such a heart to help others, and you do that on a daily basis. But we are all only human and limited by the same 24 hours in a day!! We all need time to do nothing sometimes too!! Excited to see how God will grow and expand Nutshell, and hope this transition helps ease some pressure off of your plate.

I am so very guilty of trying to do it all – and not focusing in on exactly what matters most to me. This was such an inspirational video, and I am definitely going to keep it in mind as I try to sort out of my insanely busy current schedule.

hey, thanks for this great article. I’ve been trying to lose fat for about 7 months and I’ve come to the decision that it all depends on eating right. I found this video that gave me a good diet plan, and I actually lost 10 pounds. All I did was follow the plan completely. If you want to view the video, here’s the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFTR8xetNu4 I hope this can motivate people to lose some weight. Good luck!
