Good morning and happy Friday!
The Q & A videos are back and this week we’re chatting about coffee, hunger on a plant based diet, working out when you’re not well rested, and also about how I definitely don’t “do it all” but some things that help me stay sane and somewhat organized.And a side note, I realized after watching the video that I say “disfunctionally organized” instead of functionally disorganized…I don’t think it’s possible to be disfunctionally organized, ha.
